Hi, I’m Tina.

I started as an Industrial Engineer (University of the Philippines, MBA from De La Salle University) managing corporate projects at Accenture, Apple, and Emerson. Each one left a mark: Apple drilled customer obsession into me, Accenture taught me to build systems at enterprise scale, and Emerson taught me operational discipline. In 2007 I brought all three into digital marketing, a field that badly needed them. The result: I’ve automated and eliminated hundreds of hours of work that most marketing teams are still doing manually.

Today I’m the Co-Owner, COO, and AI Strategist of RC Digital Consultancy, a 3x Inc. 5000 honoree recognized among America’s fastest-growing private companies three years running, and a Forbes Agency Council member. I also lead Realytic AI, our AI automation practice on a mission to save businesses 1.5 million hours by 2030.
